What is ZeePoints?
ZeePoints is a global reward program, which offers its members with
ZeePoints when they shop with our participating merchant partners. We
have many partners that our members can shop with and redeem from. Then you can
redeem these ZeePoints for Paypal credit, gift cards and certificates.
How do I sign up for an ZeePoints account?
To sign up for ZeePoints, click on the Join Now on the homepage of our
website. Complete the form and submit your information, and you will receive a
confirmation email from ZeePoints. Click on the "Confirm my Email" link
within this email and your registration will be completed. If you don't receive
email from us within 5 minutes of signup, please remember to check your SPAM/
JUNK folder.
Is ZeePoints free?
ZeePoints is free! There are no charges to be a member or redeem
ZeePoints.
What are the requirements for joining ZeePoints?
You must be at least 13 years old, and provide correct enrollment
information. We allow only one membership per person, and only one account per
email address. ZeePoints reserves the right to prevent access to the
Program and the ZeePoints website from certain geographic locations. For

Do I have to be a member of ZeePoints to shop at your online partner
stores?
You can click on any link to our online partner stores and purchase items
there. But if you are not a member then we can't give you ZeePoints for your
purchases because we have no way to track that you bought something through our
website. So you need to become a member before you purchase. It’s free, fast,
easy and one-time process.
How do I shop at your online partner stores?
First, make sure you are logged in to ZeePoints web site. Simply choose
a category page that features broad product ranges such as electronics,
clothing, music, etc. Or search for your favourite merchant using the search
box. Click on a "Shop Now" link next to your selected store and now you're
shopping with ZeePoints.
How do I search for a store ?
You can see the search box on the left side menu of our website. Type the
name of the store that you're looking for and click the "search" button or click
on the drop down "All Categories" tab for a complete listing of the stores that
participates in our program.
What if ZeePoints doesn't offer the store I want?
We are working hard to ensure that our member will enjoy a variety of goods
and services from quality merchants. If we do not have your favorite store, or
if you would like to recommend a store to us, simply email us at
support@ZeePoints.com. We will do everything possible to add your merchant
to our list.
What is offline shopping?
With our newly introduced offline shopping card, you can earn ZeePoints with
participating offline merchants. Just present your card at the store while
shopping and your online account will reflect the earned ZeePoints.
What is Click and Win?
Click N Win offers our members an opportunity to earn ZeePoints daily without
spending any money. If its a lucky day for you, you could win upto a million
ZeePoints. You can only participate once in a day.
How do I earn ZeePoints ?
You'll earn ZeePoints for purchasing products and services from our brand
name merchant partners. You can also earn Free ZeePoints.
What are Free ZeePoints ?
Free ZeePoints are ZeePoints that you earn without spending money. For
example, you earn ZeePoints for referring friends and family to our program,
responding to our email offers, taking surveys and playing online games etc.
Are there any limits to how much ZeePoints I can earn?
No, the more purchases you make and the more activities you participate in,
the more ZeePoints you will earn.
What can I do with the ZeePoints that I earn?
You can redeem your ZeePoints for Paypal Credit, gift cards and certificates
from popular merchants. You can also donate ZeePoints to Red Cross.
How can I redeem ZeePoints?
Go to the Redeem section of ZeePoints and browse through our offers and
select the reward option you want.
How long does it take for rewards to be sent?
The average processing time for rewards is currently five days depending on
the availability of the reward, although sometimes you might receive it on the
same day. When your reward is processed, you will see the date in your Account
History as well as receive an email from us.
How do you track my shopping and ensure that I get my ZeePoints?
All links from our site to the merchant's site contain a unique identifier
so that every time a user visits the merchant's site via our site, we know to
credit you with ZeePoints when a sale is made. If you attempt to alter the code
in any way, your tracking will be lost, resulting in lost ZeePoints to you.
How can I access my account?
You can view your account information by clicking on the "My Account" menu.
Where do I find out how much I have earned in ZeePoints?
Go to My Account in the homepage and then click Account Summary to view the
ZeePoints you have earned and spent.
What are Pending ZeePoints & Available ZeePoints?
Pending ZeePoints are earned ZeePoints that haven't yet been added to your
account balance (usually because they're awaiting completion of a 30 day vesting
period). This is to allow for returns or cancelled orders to process. Available
ZeePoints are those ZeePoints that are ready for redemption.
How can I update my Profile information?
Once you have joined as a member, you can update your profile by clicking on
the My Account -> Member Profile menu option. To change your email, you will
need to send a request to ZeePoints member support at support@ZeePoints.com.
How long does it take for ZeePoints to be posted to my account after I have
shopped at ZeePoints?
It can take up to 7-15 days for us to receive confirmation that your order
has been shipped from a store. If the ZeePoints you have earned has still not
posted after 15 days of the shipment date of your merchandise, you may contact
us at support@ZeePoints.com to find out why the transaction has not been
posted.
What about refunds/ cancellations?
If a user refunds or cancels their order or if credit card charges are
reversed by the merchant due to a dispute or credit card fraud,your account will
be debited for any ZeePoints earned on that transaction.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password please click on forgot_password.php and enter
the email address you used to create your account. Your current password will be
sent automatically to you at that email address.
Do I have to do anything special when checking out for an online partner
store?
Not at all. As long as you have clicked on a link to an online partner store
through the ZeePoints web site, you are a logged-in member and don't need
to do anything special when you are checking out of a store and purchasing your
items.
What if I want to return or cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the merchant from whom you
purchased. If you return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any ZeePoints you
earned from that sale.
Will I start receiving "spam" if I join?
No. We will not sell your information to any third party.
